
What is Care Call?
Care Call was designed to help you stay in touch with your elderly parent, family member, or friend. It was developed by a caring but "busy" son who wanted his widowed mom to have regular communication with a trusted friend and representative while he was out of the country on business.
How Does Care Call Work?
Care Call has operators standing by to make phone calls to your loved ones (usually a parent or grandparent) for you. Our mostly female staff are trained to handle your calls on time, with courtesy and respect. We report the results of each call so you can view how your loved one is doing online.
It always helps if you introduce the Care Call service to your mom, dad, or loved one before we make the fist call, but our trained call center agents can call cold and introduce the Care Call service that will be calling on a regular schedule just to check up on them on your behalf.
After each Care Call (about 5 minutes) you will get an emailed report as to the result of the call (such as, "Your mom asked for you to call your grandmother as she is not feeling well”, “Your Dad stubbed his toe” or, “Don't forget your sister's birthday”, etc...)

After your purchase you will receive access to a Google document that is shared with Care Call. This document will enable us to communicate effectively in regards to your loved one. You will inform of us of who you want us to call, give us a description of the reason for the call, and the best time us to call your loved one. At any time, you can leave a note that Care Call will send to your loved one on the next scheduled call.
Care Call will call your designated call recipient with your conversation criteria and provide an email summary of the call direct to our shared Google Document.
